Refund policy
Any product that has not been opened may be returned for a full refund within 14 days from the date of purchase. Returns can be made in person or shipped, at your expense, to the AesthetiCare Medspa location where the product was purchased. A printed receipt is required. Refunds will be applied to the original form of payment.
If a skincare product causes a reaction, we are happy to provide a credit to your account when the product is returned within 30 days of purchase.
If you have experienced an adverse medical reaction, please contact AesthetiCare. One of our medical professionals will consult with you to review the specific condition and suggest an alternative treatment plan. Refunds related to adverse reactions will be issued in the form of an in-store credit in the amount of your original purchase.
